Jason is a professional yet approachable. He went out of his way to find me a home in a very, very competitive housing environment. We would looked several homes and was continuously out bid by buyers who honestly had more money than intelligence when making offers. Jason would agree with me on many of the offers people were making were far over a reasonable bid. On a few occasions I was giving up and decided to continue to rent until things cooled off. But Jason continued to work and think outside the box to make a deal work.
