Jason Lyman is a dedicated Realtor with years of experience. He embodies professionalism and loves the opportunity to guide his clients through the purchasing and selling of their homes. His true passion is building relationships with his clients and helping them achieve their dreams through real estate.

Jason’s career in real estate has flourished over the past six years. After two years gaining valuable knowledge with another team, Jason found his home at The Cutting Edge, Realtors in 2018. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge quickly led him to the Team Leader of Cowles & Co. After four extremely successful years selling up to $10 million in revenue, Jason embarked on his own as an independent agent in 2021. His growth continued to skyrocket, leading Jason to found The Lyman Group team in 2022, which continues to expand and bring in new agents today.

Though born in Colorado, Jason spent much of his young life in Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree then earned a Master of Business Administration from Otterbein University. After years in the banking and financial industries, Jason expanded his career into the mortgage industry, where he gained extensive knowledge that he uses today to help his clients with their real estate transactions.

In addition to his banking and mortgage background, Jason worked for the U.S. Air Force as a civilian for 8 years. That provided him with the distinctive skillset needed to help military buyers and sellers navigate the unique challenges that accompanies military life.

Jason loves living in Colorado with his two beautiful daughters and fiancée, Valerie. They enjoy renovating mountain cabins, traveling together, and spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Jason is an avid snowboarder, golfer, and Crossfit enthusiast.
